I love working with people to help identify what it is that makes them feel alive. Only to be followed by overcoming any and all obstacles in the way of achieving their bliss. I work with clients for both professional and personal goal attainment.

The philosophies that I incorporate into my coaching are derived from multiple sources, including: Integrity Coaching certification, years of management experience in corporate America, seminars to develop my skills for both professional and personal growth, reading books by my favorite gurus developing my mind, body and spirit…AND the best, all the endurance training for the mountaineering I have done for nearly 20 years.
